1. Return Policy
   Return Time Limit
   You can request a return within 30 days of receiving the product. Requests after 30 days will not be entertained.
   Return Conditions
   All returned items must be in original condition, unused, unwashed, and with original tags. We are very strict about hygiene and safety, so we cannot accept returns of bras and panties that have been worn or used.
   Return Process
   Please contact us through our customer service email at help@mujerial.shop with your order number and reason for return.
   We will provide you with a return authorization and return address.
   Please package the product securely and include the return authorization letter.
2. Shipping Costs
   Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product is defective or shipped incorrectly.
3. Refund Policy
   Refund Processing
   Once we receive your return and confirm that it is eligible for return, we will process the refund within 7-10 business days. The refund will be refunded to your original payment method.
   Refund Deductions
   The shipping cost of the returned item will be deducted from the refund amount. If the item is damaged in shipping, we will not refund this portion.
4. Special Terms
   Returns involving promotional activities and clearance items will be processed on a case-by-case basis and may not be eligible for the above return policy.
   For health and hygiene reasons, some items will not be returned or exchanged after opening.
